However, running around and making noise is a party foul... at a "party"? LOL what kind of party is this? And who are you the ambassador of party etiquette? If I'm ever at a party.. especially a "99" party with high alcohol percentage liquor if I'm not running around having a good time kick me in the nuts! My advice..
